  • We can only let in a person who owns or lives in the property
  • When accessing a property ID must be shown before or after door is open
  • Payment must be paid in full
  • The Cost may change when on site if the job was not the job that was described when booking
  • We do not give warranty when fitting lock brought from anywhere but union security ltd
  • We can only fit locks that are safe and secure when using locks that are brought by the customer
  • We have the right to cancel any work when safety is not priority

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
